Micronclean employs over 400 people across our three sites in Lincolnshire with 2 in Skegness and 1 in Louth. We have an active Continuous Improvement programme driving business improvement for our customers.

Our unique in depth laundry knowledge delivers business opportunities in overseas markets in line with our mission statement
We have many long serving employees within the business. Those reaching 25 and 40 years' service receive a gift to the value of £500 as our way of saying thanks for their loyalty to the company

Employees are entitled to Company Sick Pay after 6 months continuous service.

Employees that have been at Micronclean for at least 3 years will receive the following additional days of annual leave per annum:
3 years' service = 1 additional day of annual leave
4 years' service = 2 additional days of annual leave
5 years' service = 3 additional days of annual leave

The PRP scheme is open to all eligible employees of Micronclean in proportion to their earnings for that year. The PRP is paid annually in January each year for the previous year. This scheme recognises that the success of the business relies on everyone's contribution.
